We partner with Duarte, the globally recognized authority on communication and storytelling, as their fractional marketing strategy team — advising directly with company leadership, including Nancy Duarte and the executive team.
Our work focuses on aligning marketing operations, analytics, and audience understanding with the same clarity Duarte teaches in boardrooms and keynotes worldwide. We bridge strategy and systems, helping leadership make confident, data-informed decisions across their evolving digital ecosystem.
That includes leading audience visibility and first-party data strategy for Duarte AI, the company's new artificial intelligence product. We implemented Waterloo Track within the platform to enable privacy-first analytics and attribution, giving Duarte clear insight into how new audiences interact, learn, and convert.
The engagement is ongoing and built around long-term transformation — connecting leadership, product, and marketing through a unified view of audience behavior and performance.
