Nationwide Digital Recruitment Transformation
Project Background
The U.S. Army National Guard needed a unified, modern digital recruitment system capable of managing outreach at national scale. We were brought in to transform how the Guard connects with prospective recruits online—making every interaction more efficient, measurable, and personal.
Over the course of one year, we rebuilt the Guard’s digital marketing automation from the ground up, integrating Salesforce, Pardot, and the national website into one cohesive system. The result: a complete turnaround in performance—2× more inbound leads, 2× higher engagement, and a 60% lift in open rates across every campaign.
This project demonstrated that even at government scale, digital systems can communicate with precision and clarity while maintaining full compliance and control.
